Pouters plot

"Rab and Danny have been rivals for over 25 years. They battle it out on the wing to become the reigning Doo Fleein champ."

It is estimated that about a thousand people in Scotland practice 'doo fleein', a highly competitive form of pigeon milking, in which the sport is to catch each other's pigeons. The practitioners are mostly men, and they often live in the poorer neighborhoods, where they have plenty of space on wasteland to build their imposing pigeon lofts, including ingenious mechanisms for holding other people's pigeons once they're lured in.
