Owning the Weather plot

The weather is something people want to control. It determines our mood, what we wear and how we live our lives. Thanks to technological advances in recent decades, it now seems possible to manipulate nature. In this documentary, interviews with scientists and amateur climatologists are juxtaposed with penetrating images. Subtly commented on the way people interact with their environment. This research into the ways we are trying to control the climate shows something about the human need to be in control and what the effect is.
