The life story of Troy Duffy, a young bartender from Boston who sells his script to Harvey Weinstein of film studio Miramax in 1997. He closes a million-dollar deal and his film 'The Boondock Saints' will be shot on a budget of 15 million dollars. Duffy becomes world famous in one fell swoop and wants to make a documentary about his success story with directors Montana and Smith.
