O Du Wilde Weihnachtszeit plot
While winter reigns in the Northern Hemisphere, it is summer elsewhere on Earth. In the east of Tasmania you can see a snow-white wallaby pass by at the end of December, it doesn't get more Christmasy here in this period with temperatures around 25 degrees. In the South Atlantic there is a small island that is a summer paradise for the king penguin and where fish mousse is on the Christmas menu. And in the Great Barrier Reef, the Christmas tree worm creates the Christmas spirit. But even in the far north, not all animals have sunk into hibernation or migrated to warmer areas: in Canada, a taiga jaya has made its nest in this cold weather, and it doesn't just do that.
