My Friend Yaniv plot

At the age of 28, Yaniv thinks it is time to leave the parental home. The problem is that he has a serious muscle disease that makes him dependent on 24-hour care. But in Yaniv's fragile wheelchair-bound body hides a lively, rebellious spirit that does not simply resign itself to limitations. Though he can barely use his hands, he blogs, and – to the horror of his parents – he occasionally lives as a night owl student. In addition to being contrary, Yaniv is also witty and charming. With mild derision he views the project of his good friend and filmmaker Maayan Schwartz, in which he himself is central.
