Mustafa plot

In 1881 in the Ottoman-Greek Selanik (Thessaloniki) a blond boy with blue eyes is born, who later becomes the famous Atatürk, "Father of the Turks". But in his youth he is still 'normal' Mustafa, the boy who loses his father at an early age and who fills his spare time chasing away crows that don't want to leave his uncle's field alone. With this documentary, Dündar tries to reduce the epic around Atatürk to human proportions in order to break through the strict, official teachings in Turkey.
