"Ordinary women who changed the world."
In 1981, a group of women from Wales known as the Women for Life on Earth began a large-scale protest in Berkshire. At Green Common Air Force Base, 96 US nuclear missiles are said to be stored. Since a march alone wouldn't be enough to make their point, the women decided to camp outside the base and protest - an action that lasted almost 20 years. This documentary tells the large-scale story and reveals how it changed the world.
