Mój Przyjaciel Wróg plot

For centuries Poles and Ukrainians lived side by side in what is Poland before World War II and now Western Ukraine. Children went to school together and married among themselves. But in 1943, after occupations by the Russians and then the Germans, an extreme group of Ukrainian nationalists put a grim end to this. Poles were massacred on a large scale, no one was spared. Seventy years after this traumatic event, Polish survivors return to their homeland.
