Modus Operandi plot

From 1942 to 1944, 24,916 Jews, men, women and children, were deported from Belgium to Auschwitz. Only 1,206 of them have returned. A handful of Nazis carried out the persecution of the Jews in Belgium, with the voluntary or unconscious support of some Belgian authorities. How or why? That's the history of this movie.
