Mittsommernachtstango plot

Finns have a quirky sense of humor and are also a bit shy. But the tango is the folk music of the Finns. This documentary explores Finnish tango from the point of view of singer Chino Laborde, guitarist Diego 'Dipi' Kvitko and bandoneonist Pablo Greco. These three Argentine musicians travel to Finland to find out whether filmmaker Aki Kaurismäki is telling the truth when he claims that tango music was invented in Finland.
