Miss Universe 1929 - Lisl Goldarbeiter. A Queen in Wien plot

Documentary about great fame and eternal love. It is the life story of Lisl Goldarbeiter, the first and only Austrian Miss Universe, and her cousin Marci Tenczer, told through the amateur films that Marci made. Vienna, Austria and Hungary in the first half of the last century form the backdrop. These are the last days of the Austro-Hungarian dual monarchy, the time of rising socialism, fascism and later communism. It's Marci who sparks Lisl's beauty career. He is silently in love with her. An impossible love.
