Meren Tuomat plot
A documentary about three very different beachcombers. Rob from Cornwall cannot leave anything on the beach once he has touched it. He collects all his finds in a shipping container. He is very passionate when it comes to cleaning beaches. Yolanda is a Dutch archaeologist. She studies the erosion of objects washed up to understand the effect of time on it. Japanese artist Shige is afraid of the ocean. He believes that the high tide line is the boundary between life and death and makes beautiful drawings of his finds.
