Meine Keine Familie plot
"Commune Austria Otto Muehl Action Painting Sexuality"
Common property, free sexuality, dissolution of the nuclear family; these were the principles of the Friedrichshof, the largest community in Europe, founded by the Viennese actionist Otto Muehl at the beginning of the 1970s. In 'Meine keine Familie', director Paul-Julien Robert, who was born in this commune, begins a personal journey through his past. In doing so, he uses archive material that is made public for the first time in this film, in which the director confronts himself and his mother with the question 'What is family?'
