Marguerite, Telle Qu'en Elle-Même plot

Marguerite Duras was a French writer, playwright, essayist, screenwriter and filmmaker. On June 3, 1991, she gave the director her last published work, “The Lover of Northern China”, signed for the first time. She wrote: “For my friend Dominique Auvray, in memory of a miracle of miracles: a still recent past, when we worked together in the cinema.” This documentary shows her as she was cheerful and serious, authentic and provocative, thoughtful and categorical, but above all young and free.
