This documentary constantly moves between the small-scale and the vast. The film is fueled by the filmmaker's conversations with Sweetwater Sahme and Jordan Mercier, two of his friends who live in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. She visits a waterfall and then tells in English at home about the child she will soon give birth to and about the death of her grandmother. He drives through the countryside, walks through the forest and speaks in the Chinook Wawa language about ghosts and about growing his hair.
