Malcolm and Barbara: Love's Farewell plot

A documentary about how Alzheimer's patient Malcolm Pointon and his wife Barbara Malcolm experienced the last years of their lives. Archive footage, diary entry and conversations with the Pointons show how the illness took over Malcolm's mind, body and marriage. The holes in his memory kept growing until he eventually became a shadow of himself. Paul Watson filmed the family for 11 years until Malcolm's death in 2007.
