Lost Kids on the Beach plot

Filmmaker Alina Manolache was born in 1990, the year immediately after the fall and execution of the Romanian dictator Ceausescu, and the beginning of a new post-communist era. She travels through the country on the basis of a call in which she tries to contact people who were lost on the beach as children in the 1990s. The seemingly arbitrary contact request leads to conversations with a large number of peers about their memory of that event and their lives now.
