Los Perros plot
His voice is smoked and lived through. His profession is ordinary: taxi driver in Buenos Aires. His past is unusual. Angel Belisario Gutierrez was part of the revolutionary workers' party People Revolutionary Army in the 1970s. Thousands took to the streets in Argentina during historic demonstrations, during which Uncle Sam dolls were burned and the front row of protesters carried banners reading “Indulto” (as much as acquittal) around town. With archive footage and testimonies, director Adrian Jaime outlines the story of Gutierrez, who still tells his story in veiled terms.
