Lin Qi Da She Tou plot

Documentary is set in Fanshen, a farming village in northeast China. At the center is the birth control officer Lu Guo Hua, who doesn't care too much about rules and decency and has had a mistress for fourteen years. The policy of birth control in China is an important weapon in the fight against overpopulation. However, its implementation is not easy. Forced abortions and sterilizations are part of the strict policy.
