Les Yeux l'Un de l'Autre plot

Filmmaker Robert Kramer, who died in 1999, was an extremely combative man. His daughter Keja Kramer looks back on the relationship with her father in the form of an imaginary dialogue, and paints a very different picture of him than the negative image he has among Americans. She speaks with people who knew the filmmaker well and cuts through those interviews with material from his personal archive. Throughout the film, his complicated, touching personality is made tangible by his daughter. She even goes so far as to put on his clothes. And she films him when he's already dead.
