Les Déracinés, l'Europe en 45 plot

Documentary about the consequences of the redrawing of borders in Europe after the Second World War. Between 1945 and 1949, the face of Europe changed dramatically. After the surrender of the Third Reich, the continent was divided by the Allies. In just a few years, Europe's borders were stretched from Poland to Ukraine, and Germany was dismantled and redistributed into two states. The redrawing of the borders is driving more than 20 million people onto the streets. This documentary tells the tragic and unknown story with survivor testimonials and never-before-seen archival footage.
