Les Damnés de la Mer plot

While the local fishermen look on unemployed, large importers are emptying the waters off the coast of Morocco. Director Jawad Rhalib shows not only the powerlessness of the local fishermen, but also the thoughtlessness of the foreigners and the impact of the poor catch on the rest of the village.
