Lengua Muerta plot

With whistles, a man leads a pack of dogs past a raging surf, across fields, and into the woods. His face remains out of shot, his world submerged in gritty black and white. On the audio tape, he begins a story he's never told before. In 1980, the man worked for Íngrid Olderöck, the most powerful woman in Chile's secret service during the military dictatorship. While in service, she specialized in torture, for which they used specially trained dogs.
