The 38-year-old Belgian skipper Jonas Gerckens is about to fulfill his childhood dream: to participate in the Route du Rhum, the mythical race between Saint-Malo and Pointe-à-Pitre. Jonas has two sporting goals: to reach the other side of the Atlantic and break the Belgian record in its category.
