Lao Ma Ti Hua plot

Disturbing the Peace is a documentary about an incident during the trial of Tan Zuoren on August 12, 2009. This civil rights activist was charged with 'subversive and subversive activities'. During the trial, Chengdu police detained witnesses forcibly - a direct obstruction of justice. Tan Zuoren was arrested for publicly questioning the deaths of 512 students in Wenchuan. He also denounced the corruption in the construction world, resulting in unsound buildings. He was sentenced to five years in prison.
