La Collection Qui N'existait Pas plot

It all started in 1966, when the Belgian radiologist Herman Daled became friends with the poet artist Marcel Broodthaers. Daled and his wife Nicole bought work from him and met other artists from his network. In this way, organically and not with a collector's intent, a valuable collection of conceptual art was created. Daled ventured into unknown territory: after all, he did not buy concrete works of art, but mainly ideas, sometimes scribbled on the spot on a note.
