Kummisetäni Thaimorsian plot

Seppo, in his late forties, is head over heels in love with the Thai Pin. He wants to take her to Finland to get married. Seppo and his godson Ville have always been close, but the young filmmaker cannot sincerely believe in his godfather's feelings. How can there be true love in such an unequal relationship? Isn't this just a form of prostitution? To put it to the test, he accepts Seppo's invitation to come to Thailand, where he will meet Pin and see for himself what is going on between the two lovers.
