Koppig Dorp plot

Ulrum, a shrinking village in Groningen, received a subsidy of 1.5 million euros from the Province of Groningen in 2014 to put the village back on the map. A Foundation was established under the name: “Project Ulrum 2034 Village of the Future”. They are investing in a local playground, building up houses in the village and they are inviting artists with a new vision. But that is not everything.
