Kinshasa Symphony plot
Armand Diagiendra is the conductor of the Kinshasa Symphony Orchestra and it was his grandfather who inspired him to found the orchestra. This grew into an orchestra with two hundred musicians who are now fully preparing for the “Orchester Symphonique Kimanguiste”. This will be a big open air concert in Kinshasa to celebrate the Independence Day of the Democratic Congo Republic. Their determination during rehearsals to make this concert an event underline the will of the Congolese people to free themselves from the vicious circle of colonial oppression, tyranny, poverty and war.
