Katibo Ye Ye plot

Clarence Breeveld, born in Suriname and living in the Netherlands, would like to visit the places where his ancestors were traded as slaves. Together with director Frank Zichem, he travels to Ghana and is informed about how and where the slave trade took place. Breeveld is visibly shaken by the swampy dungeons and the 'door of no return' of Cape Coast Castle. The encounter with the 'key bearer' of the mighty Ashanti king is also not without emotions.
