Kansakunnan Olohuone plot

A poetic film set in six Finnish living rooms. The residents struggle with loneliness, alcohol addiction or amorous problems. They are searching; towards friendship, love, recognition or understanding. With a brutal intimacy and balancing between dry slapstick and depressing pathos, 'Living Room of the Nation' tells a story of a number of dysfunctional characters, but is at the same time a universal story about transience and human life.
