Kamienna Cisza plot

An abandoned tank adorns the mountain trail. A boy with a bundle of branches under his arm jumps over the rising river in the dry high mountains. Afghan men in turbans sit at a long mat drinking tea. A woman arranges her burka. The music enhances the atmosphere of this veiled, harsh living environment that does not just give up its secrets and hierarchies. Certainly not when it concerns the stoning of the alleged adulterer Amina.
