Je Vis dans le Rêve de Ma Mère plot

The film is the dream of the maker's (real) mother, about a young dark filmmaker who travels many European and Asian countries in search of knowledge. In your mother's dream, you do what she tells you to do. The dream has epic proportions. It is a journey through many European countries, and finally to Asia and 'the island of the honest actors'. Because in order to understand the world one has to travel it, the mother believes, and that is what the young filmmaker does. The film's docu-realism is interrupted by a short film "The Unprecedented Drive for Freedom of Private LB", which "bubbles up" when the young filmmaker receives a text message from his producer urging him to make a film.
