Iskwaterpangk plot

We follow one day in the life of eight-year-old Hapon, a Filipino mini-gangster with a mohawk haircut. He lives in the slums of Manila with his friends. Accompanied by loud punk music, we see the children playing among the garbage in the slums, occasionally interspersed with the chic skyscrapers a little further on.
