Il Mondo di Mad plot

Fashion illustrator Maddalena Sisto (1951-2000) - known as MAD - is there when a fashion revolution takes place in Italy in the 1960s and 1970s. Women want to feel young and free or, on the contrary, appear professional in the workplace. Designers such as Armani and Fiorucci respond to the new wishes with their fashion. As an ambitious twenty-something, MAD starts working at the editorial office of Italian Vogue in Milan. Her eye not only recognizes and registers new fashion trends flawlessly, she also detects the social developments that underlie them.
