I Love Dollars plot
Van der Keuken's personal vision on the movement of money in the world: Tintin in the land of double standards. An all-encompassing metropolis, held together by information, is built from four cities, which we will not leave for the duration of the film. In that city the 'battles for the daily bread' are fought, little men tell their often unattainable dreams and big men unfold their financial philosophies: a continuous play with abstract concepts, which nevertheless determines the course of events in the world. That game is fed by concrete, if often invisible, labor and indestructible myths. The biggest myth: that of unlimited continuous growth.
