I Had Nowhere to Go plot

This documentary is based on a diary by Jonas Mekas. It has been more than 70 years since he left his village in Lithuania because of Nazi persecution. He was 22 years old. Today, he is one of the last survivors of a displaced generation and is known as one of the greatest documentary makers specializing in 'the human experience'.
