Bob is the most famous bum in eastern Dallas. He looks like a typical homeless person: toothless, unwashed and always begging for money or a lift. Yet he is not as ordinary as it seems at first glance. Legends haunt him everywhere. His mother is said to have hit him on the head with a frying pan, he is said to have spent his childhood in a mental institution, has lost an inheritance of $86 million and an uncle killed his wife in a drunken stupor.
