Ha-Chashud Haikari plot

After Sharon visited the Temple Mount in Jerusalem in September 2000, the so-called Al-Aqsa Intifada broke out, in which Israeli Arabs sided with the Palestinians. Fierce riots in Galilee kill 14 people. The regional police chief, Major General Alik Ron, is bombed into public enemy number one. The government sets up a commission of inquiry. Filmmaker Yaky Yosha decides to conduct his own investigation. The suspicious attitude of his interview candidates sometimes makes the process difficult, but gradually he breaks through it. Alik Ron turns out not to be the sword that public opinion takes him for, but a friendly and nuanced man who goes to tea with an Arab family in Nazareth, who finds that the call to kill each other is a dead end: 'We deserve it. after all, all to live'.
