Inspired by Lynn Hill, Emily Harrington rose to the top of professional climbing. She wants to make history again by climbing the infamous El Capitan (also known as El Capo) in Yosemite National Park and breaking Hill's time record. It inevitably draws comparisons to Free Solo, so it doesn't help this documentary that she's in a relationship with Alex Honnold and that he accompanies her on the climb. Thankfully, it's not a predictable fairytale, but even the title constantly reminds you that women still lag behind their male counterparts. So, this can't hold a candle to Free Solo.
