Ghetto Millionaires plot

This film follows the daily life of the sapeurs, Congolese fashion-obsessed, who are willing to ruin themselves for their appearance. Between Brussels and Kinshasa, Gilles Remiche gives us an insight into a little-known phenomenon that seems rather clownish. The whole is presented with some humor and tenderness, but above all with a necessary distance that allows a critical view on the phenomenon of 'sape'.
