Gebroken Hart plot

In this short documentary, we meet Tasnim at a crucial moment in her life: she is turning eighteen and is about to take her final exams. A period full of parties, friendships, excitement, performing, and dreaming about the future lies ahead. But for Tasnim, this freedom is never separate from the vulnerability of her donor heart, which forces her to be careful in many ways. How does she manage to live a 'normal' life nonetheless?
