The gastronomic culture is the result of human travel in search of new things to eat. For proof, we need only look at how Italian food came to the US through mass immigration. Nearly a hundred years later, after tracing the paths of food and the journey to New York and Buenos Aires, we now find the basis of a new tradition of Italian food in these regions.
