Robertson's diary project presents an intimate and comprehensive chronicle of her daily life in Framingham, Massachusetts, the predominant motif being the battle against her mental illness. Without reserve, Robertson documents her nervous breakdowns and hospitalizations, her obsession with Doctor Who actor Tom Baker, her struggle with the scales, the side effects of her doctor's medications and the death of her three-year-old niece Emily.
