Europa, Based on a True Story plot

Rwandan director Kivu Ruhorahoza decides to shoot his new film in London: a stylishly filmed drama about Simon, a mysterious Nigerian man who returns to London to make amends with his bicultural girlfriend Anna and her white ex-husband Bruce. Feeling the end of his London stay approaching, Kivu attends a far-right demonstration in an attempt to understand the growing xenophobia of the British and of his movie character Bruce.
