Está Todo Bien plot

Running a pharmacy where you always have to send your customers away empty-handed. As a doctor, getting paid so little that you can no longer make ends meet. Suffering from cancer and hoping that drugs will soon be available again, before the disease starts rampant again. Venezuela's medical crisis takes on a face with this portrait of two patients, a doctor in training, a drug smuggling activist and a pharmacist on the brink of bankruptcy. Abandoned by politics, they daily seek solutions to problems far beyond their control.
