Erasing David plot
"He has nothing to hide but does he have nothing to fear?"
Filmmaker David Bond wants to know how much personal information about him is contained in the digital files of the government and private organizations and he wonders what happens to that information. Does he still have a private life when computers and cameras capture everything? Or does the government already know too much? To find out, he goes into hiding for a month and - naive as he is - challenges two detectives to track him down with publicly accessible data. David soon finds out that his ideas about privacy are outdated. He has nothing to hide, but there is plenty to fear in the digitized society.
