El Remolino plot

El Remolino is a small riverside village in the Chiapas region of Mexico. It is hit by severe flooding every year. There Pedro, a farmer and transgender, tries to maintain and pursue his identity and his dreams. Esther, his sister, tries to give her daughter a future by filming their daily lives with a small camera.
