Een Zaak van Niveau plot

Documentary about a thousand years of Dutch water management made using computer animations. A fictitious computer program answers Van Gasteren's questions about everything that has to do with the Dutch battle against the threatening water. Using historical footage and interviews, among other things, he gets answers to his questions about dykes, rivers and the flood disaster.
