IDLES is a British Post-punk band formed in 2010. The band started out in the Bristol club scene, organizing their own event, Batcave. Several EPs followed in the following years, but it wasn't until 2017 that they released their debut album Brutalism, which was received with critical acclaim. This documentary follows the development of this uncompromising bond that helped establish an international community steeped in friendship, unity and determination, amid challenging sociopolitical and personal circumstances in the late 2010s.
